😴 Nap Break is the New Coffee Break 😴

Step aside, caffeine. A new study in Heart journal reports that two naps per week can improve your heart health, increase your performance, and lift your mood. That's encouraging news for workers seeking a caffeine-free pick-me-up.

Where can you catch a few Z's at work? Guild members suggest: a quick nap in your car, a few minutes of shut-eye at your desk, or a nap in the park. Some studios have designated quiet rooms, meditation rooms, or small conference rooms available to reserve. Check with your Human Resources department or front desk for best available options, and get your sleep on!
