As the only industrialized nation in the world without a national paid family leave policy, the U.S. was already behind when COVID-19 hit. Now, we have a chance to make things right.

Lauren and Seth Rogan's recent opinion piece for CNN makes one thing clear: We need to yell and scream for paid family and medical leave!

Their call to action follows the massive TV and digital campaign launched by PL+US this month to urge Congress to prioritize and pass paid family and medical leave in the American Rescue Plan. It's not surprising that many of us feel anxious about what's to come.
